1. Delivery Times

Standard Delivery - Our Standard Delivery service takes 3 working days*. This covers the majority of the country, a list of restricted post codes and a guide to applicable charges can be found here.

Next Day Delivery - Need your order fast? Select our Next Day Delivery service when prompted during the checkout process. This service is available for orders placed up to 3.00pm. Monday - Thursday with exception to the Christmas Delivery Period & Bank Holidays

Machine Mart Xtra - Products from our Machine Mart Xtra range are not stocked in our warehouse and therefore may take 7, 14, 21 or 28 working days to be delivered. Machine Mart Xtra products are identified on the product pages as well as the delivery section of your shopping basket, estimated delivery times will be quoted on the product and basket pages.     

2. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery - Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, with a minimum delivery charge of £5.99 inc VAT on orders up to and including 30kg.

Please note: Online ordering is only available for mainland UK destinations. Customers requiring delivery to remote or non-mainland areas should note that delivery may incur additional charges.

Next Day Delivery - Most items on our site can be shipped using our Next Day Delivery service for an extra fee. Next day delivery fee's will be calculated and quoted within the basket process.

Click & Collect to Store - Our Click & Collect service is free of charge to any of our superstores nationwide. Click here for more information on our Click & Collect service

Post Office & Parcel Force Convenient Collect from over 10,500 locations - This service costs just £5.99 inc VAT and can be selected under the Click & Collect options on the delivery screen during checkout. Post Office & Parcel Force will only accept orders under 30kg and below 1.3 metres in length. If your basket size exceeds either or both of these then you will not be able to select this delivery option. Find out more information here...

3. Returns

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please call 0115 8406 248

If your goods are missing parts or found to be faulty then please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance on +44 (0)115 8406 248. Please Note: You must report damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

4. Additional information

Delivery schedules are estimates only and will depend on carrier used. Heavy items will be delivered to the property boundary (i.e. kerbside) and cannot be delivered into the customers property, therefore the recipient will need to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods.

* Working Days are classed as Monday to Friday 8.30-6.00pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
