How long does Click and Collect take?

From the day of ordering please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and sent to your chosen store. Orders that contain Machine Mart Xtra products may take longer, see shopping basket for details, for more information on our Click and Collect service click here  

I receive marketing emails from Machine Mart yet I can't 'sign in' online as the website says it doesn't recognise my email address?

Despite receiving our regular email offers, our website database is held separately and unless you have bought online before and created a password, the website will not remember your email address.

If you think you may have bought online with us before and created an account then simply use the "Forgotten password" on the login page (see below)

If, when you enter your email address it still tells you that it does not recognise your address then this means that you either haven't bought online using this email address before or when you did you didn't select the option to "save my details for next time" where you would have been prompted to add a password.

To remember your details for next time you will need to enter your delivery details "New to Machine Mart" section and ensure that you set-up a password for quicker checkout next time.

How do I redeem a "Voucher Code" on the website?

Look out for the voucher code box on your shopping basket page (see below) simply enter a valid voucher code and click "Apply Voucher". Your discount along with your saving will then be applied to the basket and be highlighted in red text. If your voucher code still does not work please check the details of the promotion to ensure the basket contents qualify for the offer you are trying to redeem.

How do I un-subscribe from Machine Mart marketing emails

We certainly don't want to be sending customers emails if they do not want to be receiving them.  We use email to send our subscribers money saving promotions, discount vouchers, product launches and new catalogue launches. By removing your email from our mailing list we will no longer be able to send these to you.

If you definitely want to stop these emails then please follow the instructions at the base of the next email you receive and you will be un-subscribed within as little as 2 clicks.

Where can I find the 9 digit product code for a product

If you need the 9 digit product code for any of our products, so that you can quote it in-store or via our telesales team, then you can find this number beneath the product image on the product page. You will also find it beneath the product images on the delivery confirmation page within the basket process.
